There are so many. It is hard to choose.
I like the style of some artists like Hayao Miyazaki ( "Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa", "Tenku no Shiro Laputa", "Tonari no Totoro", "Mononoke Hime", etc. ), Tsukasa Hojo ( "City Hunter", "Cat's Eye", ... ), Masakatsu Katsura ( "Video Girl Ai", "I'S", ... ), Masamune Shirow ( "Ghost in the Shell", "Appleseed", ... ), Reiji Matsumoto ( "Uchu Kaizoku Captain Harlock", "Ginga Tetsudo 999", ....).

I'm also a fan of many anime of the '70 - '80, especially the robot series by Go Nagai and other artists. Like... "UFO Robot Grendizer", "Mazinger Z", "Kotetsu Jeeg", "Kido Senshi Gundam", ....
Or various other old series like "Devilman", "Uchu no Kishi Tekkaman", "Alps no Shoujo Heidi", and so on.

The orginal Blood was better than the current one in my opinion, but its still a good one to watch.
