Indeed, a "New World" is being formed.
Prior to the planned destruction of the old Soviet Union (U.S.S.R. ), the political world was bi-polar:
1) The West -- Headed by the United States, driven by the economic system called 'Capitalism"
2) The East -- Headed by the Soviet Union and China, held back by the economic system called 'Communism"
When the Berlin Wall signalled the end of the U.S.S.R., the political world slipped into the dominance of the West. The United States, the European Union and Great Britain dominated this uni-polar world.
However, one of the most interesting aspects of the attacks of 9/11 is that the United States declared war on Islamic militants, because her intelligence agency created the thinly-disguised cover story accusing Islamic radicals of carrying out the assault. But, as if this unprovoked aggression were not enough, the Bush Administration launched a verbal war against Iran in Summer, 2003, accusing her of carrying out her own local program to develop nuclear weapons. This rhetorical campaign was backed by repeated amassing of huge numbers of naval armadas and air force units on Iran's borders. Based upon the prophetic fact that Iran is Ancient Persia and is, therefore, protected from attack right now, Cutting Edge drew a large line in the sand in 2003, stating that "there will be no attack on Iran". Further, we have repeated this understanding repeatedly since then.

II. Israel is abuzz right now over Prime Minister Netanyahu's unilateral decision to freeze settlement building activity for 10 months, ostensibly to get the Palestinians back to the negotiating table.
Of course, the Palestinians immediately rejected the offer.

"Defense Minister Ehud Barak instructed the Israel Defense Forces on Thursday to issue an injunction to temporarily freeze the construction of housing projects in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, in accordance with the cabinet's decision to that effect on Wednesday. The injunction will be signed by Major General Avi Mizrahi, commander of IDF army headquarters. In a closed session held at the Defense Ministry headquarters in Tel Aviv on Thursday, Barak remarked on the cabinet's decision to freeze construction, saying 'this is a unilateral step, initiated by the government in coordination with the United States, taken in efforts to advance the peace process with the Palestinians'."
Since the tense meeting between President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu several weeks ago at the White House, the world's Mass Media has portrayed Israel as the main obstacle in successfully negotiating peace and establishing a Palestinian State. Israel's continued expansion of settlements in the West Bank was painted as the main culprit.
However, in one fell swoop, Netanyahu and the Israeli Cabinet have removed that thin veil of falsehood to reveal the true reason a Palestinian State agreement cannot be reached. What is that reason?
The Palestinians have never, ever wanted their own state if it means allowing the Jewish Nation to remain alive!
