HERE I want to share my opinion with you,as a leader at frist let the members of your team knowthey should try to show the love from GOD,and love each other,cooperate not do any dividsions ,try to organize many meanful activities suh as go to the old people's home,be volunteer and so on ,make sure your team gory GOD.and get ready programmes such as singsing,dancing in the church at christimas day.
