What kind of images do you like best?

Hi Vintage,

I want to thank you for inviting me to your group, I'm honored. 4 of my friends have already joined the group and I hope the rest will follow.

I have a great appreciation for all art. In Zorpia, I tend to gravitate towards photography but, I love them all. It's one of my passions.

I love images that speaks to the viewers so when they leave it's with a great impression.

It's very nice to see you here, Safi. For the images I've uploaded thus far, I've labeled the album by the name of the artist when known. There is one album entitled Miscellaneous and there are a few albums titled by subject when the artist was unknown. I hope you find something you like and please make your own albums for sharing your images or add your graphics to an existing album :-)

I'm currently working on an album for the group. And yes, I can tell you are very well organized in a very orderly fashion. I figued out how its arranged.

I see you are working so hard. You posted so many photos already.

i like backrounds or images that penitrate your mind, make you think and motivate you......although im no good at graphics and etc :(

I like Illustrations. But Paintings hold No Attraction for Me.

I have The Fascination with The Images Of Natural Beauty- Rocks, Mountains,Ocean, Coastal Area, SEa, Mountains in the Sea, Islands, Sunrise, Sunset , Clouds, Full Moon Night etc etc
Besides, I love the Images of Astronomical Objects-- Pictures of Galaxies & Nebulas, Stars, Planets, Our Solar System Etc . (I have Chosen The Picture of ORION CONSTELLATION as My Profile Photo..)

So I favour definitely weird paintings
(like Naoto Hattori, Kimberley Schamber, Esao Andrews, Inga Burina a.s.o. I asked em before I installed their pics in my page and they've been cool with it)
and I don't mind for real how it is painted (oil, grafiti, drawings whatever)
but f.e. my new background is 'pure' photography (by my friend Petra www.myspace.com/faysephirah)
For my 1st background here I made a collage of my own photos & had it mhmm maybe half a year..but I'm not a mastermind in photoshop and the texts were even worse to read than they're now lol
btw most of the photography shown on my page (some only visible with IE) is by myself..
you may see some more in the album 'on tour', some are from other guys if mentioned.
I wanna have my personal note in the page, so I don't choose wild from customize your page pages, even if my background one day ago was alike

So all in all, I prefer to use a mix of pics n paintures :)

Yes, there are a number of albums here in the group mostly posted by artist name when it was known or else by subject matter. You are welcome to post images you'd like to share in the group. Nalla has posted and album of Gregory Colbert's work and Safi has also posted an album for the work of Marta BeVacqua.

I also like photography to many artists to list.

I think that the most un-noticed art is on book covers. From 1950 something to 1980 book covers were their own class of art work if you ask me.

I have had some enjouable afternoons at art walk parks that have public instlations of outdoor art.

Past that what ever catches my eye and sticks in my memory.
