Abolishthenword.com is a website I came across. The "n" word in question is the purgerative of the worst kind used to devalue the humanity of a person of African descent. It isn't a term of endearment whose meaning can be changed to a symbol of warped enpowerment. It isn't a word that should be appropriated by another group of non-African descent as harmless slang. It is hurtful. It is a disgrace to the sacrifice and valor of generations of black Americans who labored under a variety of circumstances to say and have their children repeat, "I, too, am America."
