Criticism of zorpia.....

I get good replies from staff in the forums, though I agree that writing in email to Zorpia is very low response.

with so many messages on here it must be hard to track a bug, i know from personal experience that if you post a single topic to the support forum and detail the stages of what you did and what the result was, they might find the answer quicker and fix it for all, if its a common issue lots will respond and make it easier still.

The timing could be due to a weekend, no one should work everyday of the week, so by finding the problem, then identifying a fix and putting it on the system takes times, but a note back that says we are working on it, we know the problem, we need to make a fix would all help

thanx for answer,,,, but they should solve some problem soon ,,, its mean some of them are grave .... it happened about my group ... many many members left group that ... some of them thought it just for my group problem,,,, any time i confronting with a problem it was sad day for me... coz so long time will fix it.... ans some time don't.... and its so bad
